Talkin’ Season is operated by Schematek LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what the Talkin’ Season iOS app and talkinseason.com collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address, or phone number.

Email address — only if you enter one to join the mailing list or to send us feedback. It is used to contact you about Talkin’ Season and nothing else.
Usage and diagnostic data — which screens are opened, which teams are viewed, and crash reports. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Advertising identifier — the app may use your device’s identifier to serve advertising. You can turn this off at any time in iOS under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Your team preferences and saved settings are stored on your device, not on our servers.

How We Use It

To run and improve the app and this site
To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
To respond to feedback you send us
To send you season previews and product updates, if you signed up for them

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the app: an AI provider to generate team analysis, a college football data provider for schedules and rosters, an advertising partner, and standard hosting and crash-reporting services. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Children

Talkin’ Season is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

Turn off ad tracking in iOS Settings at any time
Ask us to delete your email from our list — just email us
Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
